Custom websites start at $3,000, paid 50% to start and 50% before launch. Prefer monthly? The Managed plan has a $0 setup fee and is $345/month for 12 months ($4,140 total, first payment due when the project starts) — then the website is yours and the monthly plan ends. Projects needing ecommerce, customer accounts or custom functionality get a custom quote before any work begins.
Approximately 2–4 weeks for a standard website, once we have everything we need from you — content, photos and access. If we're waiting on materials, the timeline pauses. Complex projects receive a custom timeline.
You do. With Own It, the complete website and source code are yours once the final payment is made. With Managed, ownership transfers after your 12th monthly payment. Northrow never uses your domain or website as leverage, and accounts that handle your money or customers (like your payment processor) always stay in your name.
No. You give us the facts — your services, service area, what makes you different — and Northrow turns them into polished website copy for you to review and approve. Unusually copy-heavy projects are scoped accordingly.
Own It projects include 30 days of technical and bug support. During those 30 days, choose Self-Manage ($0/month), Northrow Technical ($30/month) or Northrow Management ($70/month) — if you don't choose a paid option, Northrow hands the website over to you when support ends. You can also request work as you need it ($150 minimum). Managed clients have support throughout their plan.
No. Northrow handles the design, development, setup and launch. You'll have a simple client portal for approvals, files, requests and billing — no technical knowledge required.
